| All services, except for virus removal, are guaranteed for ninety days from pickup date. Virus removal is guaranteed for 30 days from pickup date. Also virus removal is only guaranteed if the computer has a valid up to date anti-virus installed. Service availability and turnaround time is dependent on the current workload, time of day, and day of the week. In-home services and delivery/pickup services over 30 miles from store location are subject to trip charges being applied. Data migrations/recovery are only refundable if absolutely no data can be transferred or recovered. Refund is not available for partial recovery or transfer of data. All services must be paid in advance and are non-refundable once services are started. Unlimited data migration service may require customer to provide their own media if data amounts are excessive. Recovery disc creation, optimization, virus removal, OS restore, and other services available may require diagnostic of machine prior to receiving these services. Hardware and software in refurbished machines purchased are guaranteed for thirty days.
