Flat Rate Bench Price These prices are for repair services completed at our facility. For more details about each service please visit our Services page.
On-site Service Rate. All services performed on-site are billed in 15 minute increments. Customers are only billed for the technician actual time on-site, not travel time.
Remote Support Rate. All services performed remotely are billed in 15 minute increments. Phone support is billed at the same rate. Some computers cannot be serviced remotely. In the event that your computer cannot be repaired, an appointment can be scheduled to have a technician pickup the computer or provide service on-site.

How To Pay

PC Mechanic accepts all forms of payment including cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a $50 fee. Please contact us if you need further details.

Return Policy

Labor is non-refundable. Hardware can be returned within 14 days of purchase and is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
